Product Availability
Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice.  We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible.  However, it is possible that some items, sizes or colours may be out of stock, which may result in a slightly longer than usual delivery time.  When your order is processed, you will receive confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and prices of all items in your order.   Please note, if you are ordering multiple items and wish to have them sent separately, additional shipping fees will apply.

Shipping & Handling
Free shipping is available to all Canadian orders over $200.

Melmira currently only ships within Canada and US only. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be mailed out, depending on stock availability. Most backordered items take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. All orders placed after 2:00PM will be processed the next business day. No orders are processed during the weekend (Saturday to Monday) and holidays.

All GTHA orders are delivered with AlwaysOT, a local courier service. 

Delivery times to the US vary depending on state and can take between 7-21 business days. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. US customers will not be charged any taxes upon checkout.

Please note that all shipping charges for initial purchases and for merchandise return, are at your expense and non-refundable, excepted only if Melmira has made an error in order processing or shipping.  When exchanging an item, please include postage fees to cover the second shipping fee, or contact us with your credit card number, to ensure prompt delivery of your replacement item.
