Melmira is dedicated to providing our customers with a hassle free, pleasant online shopping experience, and we guarantee the quality and value of our merchandise.  We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change an order and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Melmira customer service immediately by phone or email and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, or store credit.  Please note, Melmira does not offer refunds for any items - store credit or exchange only.

Bras can be returned in person at our store, or by mail within two weeks of delivery date.  Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice.  Due to the hygienic laws of Canada and the nature of intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns of panties, thongs, and bodysuits.  Please be 100% sure of your size before purchasing these particular items!  If these styles are returned, or if your bra is deemed to have been worn, they will be sent back to you at your expense.  Melmira is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item(s) you are returning.   We will confirm by email whether or not the items are in proper condition for return.


Return/Exchange Checklist:
  • Contact Melmira customer service in person, by phone or email within 2 weeks of delivery.
  • Garments are unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains.
  • Garments are with original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A copy of your original invoice/receipt is included, with a note indicating exchange or credit.
  • No bottoms, thongs, panties or bodysuits are being returned.
  • You have prepaid return shipping fees, and included or arranged payment for shipping of replacement items.
