We are seeking a Customer Service Liason to join our team! We are a high end fashion lingerie and swimwear boutique that prides itself on service. We work one on one with each client to ensure the perfect garments are found. As a Customer Service Liason, you will be responsible for carrying out the following:
- Greet every customer with a warm and professional welcome
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns both in person and on the phone
- Manage the schedule and ensure an efficient flow in the store
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
