We are currently offering free returns and exchanges within Canada on unworn pieces. Please ensure that tags remain attached and items are in their original packaging where applicable. All other processes regarding returns remains the same - please refer to the Exchange and Return Policy below.
Please note, we currently cannot offer free returns for our US customers.
Due to the differences between bra styles and manufacturers, we strongly encourage our online shoppers to purchase items that you have previously owned within the last 12 months, from manufacturers that you are familiar with, to avoid disappointment. If you are interested in a new style, or feel that your size has changed, please visit us in store for a consultation and refit with one of our knowledgeable fitters.
Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. However, it is possible that some items, sizes or colours may be out of stock, which may result in a slightly longer than usual delivery time. When your order is processed, you will receive confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and prices of all items in your order. Please note, if you are ordering multiple items and wish to have them sent separately, additional shipping fees will apply.
Currently, Melmira is shipping online orders within Canada and US only. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost service. Please allow for 2-4 business days for your order to be mailed out, depending on stock availability. All orders placed after 2:00PM ET will be processed the next business day. No orders are processed during the weekend (Saturday to Monday) and holidays.

Delivery times to the US vary depending on State and can take between 7-21 business days. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. US customers will not be charged any taxes upon checkout.
Please note that all shipping charges for initial purchases and for merchandise return, are at your expense and non-refundable, excepted only if Melmira has made an error in order processing or shipping. When exchanging an item, please include postage fees to cover the second shipping fee, or contact us with your credit card number, to ensure prompt delivery of your replacement item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Melmira customer service immediately by phone or email and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, or store credit. Please note, Melmira does not offer refunds for any items - store credit or exchange only.
Bras can be returned in person at our store, or by mail within two weeks of delivery date. Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada and the nature of intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns of panties, thongs, and bodysuits. Please be 100% sure of your size before purchasing these particular items! If these styles are returned, or if your bra is deemed to have been worn, they will be sent back to you at your expense. Melmira is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item(s) you are returning. We will confirm by email whether or not the items are in proper condition for return.
